RETURNS & REFUNDS
We gladly offer returns UP TO 45 DAYS from the purchase date. Refunds will be for the original purchase price of the item, less shipping charges.
Returns should be shipped in their original packaging with a copy of your receipt to:

Refunds are issued to your credit card 3-5 days after your return is received in our workshop. Bank processing times vary and sometimes take even longer to process.
Save your tracking information should the package be delayed or lost. We are not responsible for items shipped without tracking or that aren’t delivered according to your tracking information.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are so sorry! Please send a photo of the item and your order number to hello@gleefulpeacock.com. We will issue you a return shipping label within 3 business days. Please return your item in its original packaging using the shipping label we provide.
Replacement items ship within 3 business days of receipt of your returned item. We also happily provide refunds for damaged or incorrect items.
GIFT CARDS are non-refundable.
